Cant believe how sharp it is, honestly. Sliced a whole salmon for dinner and it was effortless, no tearing at all. Feels really well made.

So I got this to replace my old supermarket knife and wow, what a difference. The weight is perfect, feels really balanced in the hand. Used it on a load of veg prep for a Sunday roast and it just glides through everything, the edge is insane. Looks absolutely beautiful on the magnetic strip too.

Sharp, good looking, does the job. I've used it on veg and meat and it performs great. I do wish the handle had a bit more texture or grip, it's a bit smooth when my hands are wet. Still, it's a keeper.
Ok so I was a bit nervous spending this much on a single knife but I'm genuinely impressed. The VG10 core seems to hold its edge for ages, I've been using it daily for 3 weeks now and it's still razor sharp. The rocking motion when chopping is so smooth, and it came really well packaged in a nice box. My favourite kitchen tool now.

It's a decent knife. Does what it says on the tin, sharp and looks nice. I suppose I was just expecting to be more blown away for the price? It's good, but it doesn't feel that much better than my last chef knife which was half the cost. It's fine, just not amazing.
Way better than the Procook set I had. This one knife does it all. The 15 degree edge makes a real difference, everything just falls apart under it.
