SaleLovely knife, makes prep work a breeze. The edge is fantastic. Handle feels good quality but it's a touch slippery if your hands are wet, just have to keep a dry cloth handy. Minor thing really.
Really nice knife, feels solid and the blade is super sharp. Ive used it for a few weeks now and its holding its edge well. My only very minor thing is the handle shape, its a bit square for my grip and took a day or two to get used to. Still a great knife though, would definitely recommend.

Very good knife for the money. Cuts beautifully. I think I just prefer a slightly lighter knife personally, this one has a bit more weight forward than I'm used to. That's just me being picky though, it's still brilliant.
So I got this to replace my old block set santoku and its a massive upgrade. The edge is ridiculously sharp, makes chopping veg a dream. Cant believe how good it is for the price, been using it every day for a fortnight and its still just as sharp. Came in a nice sturdy box too.

Ok so I was a bit nervous spending this much on a single knife but its completely worth it. The flat profile is perfect for how I chop, and its so light and easy to handle. Makes quick work of onions and peppers. Arrived next day which was a bonus. My favourite bit of kit in the kitchen now.

It's a decent knife. Sharp when it arrived and cuts fine. Not sure it's that much better than my old one to be honest, maybe I was expecting a bigger wow factor for the price. It's alright.

Been using this daily for 3 weeks now and it's still razor sharp. The santoku shape is so versatile, I use it for pretty much everything except bread. Really chuffed with it.

A really good all-rounder. Used it on everything from herbs to chicken breast and it handles it all. My partner finds it a bit heavy, but I like the weight. So depends on your preference.
