Been using this for a couple months now and its held up well. The blade is still sharp and the balance is decent. Ive knocked a star off because the handle is a bit slippery when wet but nothing a quick wipe cant fix. Overall a solid buy for the price.
So I've been using this for about a month now and Im properly impressed. The AUS10 steel holds its edge way better than my old Victorinox. Chopping herbs is a dream with that flat profile. Only thing is it makes me realise how blunt my other knives are.
Got this as a birthday present for my husband and he hasn't shut up about it since. Says its the best knife hes ever owned and he's had loads over the years. The handle feels really nice in the hand apparently. Arrived in a lovely box too so that was a bonus.
Cant believe how sharp this thing is. Straight out the box it sliced through tomatoes like they were nothing. The handle shape is comfortable for my medium sized hands. Definitely replacing my old knives with more from this brand.
Lovely knife for the price. The hammered finish is nice to look at and actually helps with sticky stuff like potatoes. Came well packaged and sharp as hell. My only gripe is I wish I'd bought it sooner.
Good quality santoku for the money. The blade is sharp and stays sharp so far. My only wish is the handle was a bit longer as my hands are quite big. Still does the job well though and I'm happy with the purchase.
Picked this up as a gift for my dad who's a keen cook. He says its great but the flat profile took a bit of getting used to compared to his old rocking knife. Says the edge retention is good and he likes the look of the hammered finish. Would of liked a version with a different handle colour maybe.
Honestly this knife is brilliant. Picked it up to replace my old one and its like cutting through butter. The blade is properly sharp out the box and that hammered finish actually stops stuff sticking which I was skeptical about. Used it for everything from veg to slicing a roast and its not let me down once.
Massive upgrade from the cheap set I had before. This santoku is so light and nimble, makes quick work of onions without crying which is a win. Edge seems to hold well after a few weeks of daily use. Cant fault it for the money.
Bought this for myself as a treat and its been a game changer in the kitchen honestly. Feels really well balanced and the 15 degree angle means its razor sharp. Used it to break down a whole chicken and it glided through joints no bother. Would buy again.
