AUS10 Stainless Steel Blade
Forged from premium AUS10 stainless steel, the blade offers a perfect balance of hardness, toughness and long-lasting edge retention. Honed to a fine 15° cutting angle, it delivers razor-sharp precision for slicing vegetables, meats and fish with ease. The subtle hammered finish helps reduce drag and keeps ingredients from sticking, allowing each cut to glide smoothly.

SaleCant believe how sharp it is out the box. Sliced through a butternut squash like it was nothing. Handle feels comfortable, not too big for my hands. For the price its a steal.
Really nice knife, super sharp and looks the part. My only very minor thing is the handle shape, its a bit more square than I'm used to so took a day or two to get comfortable with it. Still, cuts like a dream and I'd definitely recommend it.
Does everything I need it to and holds an edge well. I docked a star because I would have liked a simple edge guard or sleeve included for storage, but thats me being nitpicky. Its a solid performer.
Its a decent knife. Does the job. I was maybe expecting a bit more for the price though, its fine but nothing special. Gets through vegetables alright.
Mixed feelings. Its a good cutter but I found it a bit light for my taste, prefer something with more heft. For the money its acceptable, but I've used better. Does the job though.
Got this as a present for my husband whos really into cooking. He loves it, says its perfectly balanced and the flat profile is great for chopping. Came really well packaged too, no issues at all.
Way better than the Procook set I had. This one actually stays sharp. Does everything I need it to, no complaints at all.
Ok so I was a bit nervous buying a knife online but this is spot on. Used it to break down a whole chicken and it handled everything, the tip is precise for jointing. Arrived next day which was a bonus. Just a really good, solid santoku.
Okay so its sharp and looks nice. But I'm not blown away. Handle feels a bit cheap if I'm honest, and the balance is just okay. Its good, not great. Does what it says on the tin.
Been after a proper Japanese knife for a while but didnt want to spend a fortune. This is perfect, great value and performs like knives twice the price.
So I've been using this for about a month now, just brilliant. The edge is still razor sharp after daily use, makes prepping veg an absolute breeze. It's got a nice weight to it, feels solid in the hand. Massive upgrade from the cheap supermarket knife I was using before.
Bought this for my husband who loves cooking, he hasn't put it down since it arrived. Says its the best knife he's ever owned. Came really well packaged too.
Use it every day, mostly for vegetables. The flat blade is ideal for push cutting, much more control than a curved chef's knife. Very happy with it.
Makes quick work of everything, carrots, peppers, you name it. Edge is still razor sharp after a few weeks of daily use. Very pleased.
Massive upgrade from my old supermarket knife. The steel feels quality and it holds an edge so much better. Does exactly what you'd want a santoku to do.
Really good knife, super sharp and well made. My only minor gripe is the handle shape, its a bit square for my liking so took a day or two to get used to. Still a great buy though.
The balance is spot on, not too heavy in the blade or the handle. Just feels right. Arrived next day which was a bonus.
Great knife, feels quality. It is a tad heavier than I was expecting for a santoku but I actually prefer it now for tougher veg. Four stars because it wasn't quite what I pictured weight-wise initially.
Bought it on a whim and so glad I did. Its become my go-to knife for pretty much everything except bread. Fantastic for the money.
Nice heft to it without being clumsy. Cuts through butternut squash skin easily which my old knives struggled with. A proper workhorse.
Handle fits my hand really well, no hot spots or anything. Knife just feels precise, makes cooking more enjoyable.
Really impressed with the sharpness, cuts paper thin slices of cucumber no bother. Handle is comfortable even for longer prep sessions.
Ok so I've had this a month now. Used it to break down a whole chicken and it handled the joints no problem. For a santoku its surprisingly versatile, my new favourite knife.
I was a bit sceptical about the price but honestly its a fantastic knife. The flat profile of the santoku is great for chopping, feels really solid in the hand.
So sharp out of the box, sliced through tomatoes like they were nothing. Been using it for all my veg prep and its brilliant.
