Step 1 — Rinse
Warm water and mild soap after each use. Never put your knife in the dishwasher — the harsh detergents and jostling will damage the edge and handle.
Step 2 — Dry
Towel dry immediately. Don't leave it wet or in the sink — even stainless steel can develop spots if left damp.
Step 3 — Store
Use a knife block, magnetic strip, or blade guard. Never toss it loose in a drawer — it dulls the edge and is a safety hazard.

Such good value. My girlfriend bought it for me and i use it daily. Its got a lovely patina starting on the core steel. If i had to be picky, the fit and finish on the ferrule isnt perfect but its sound.
Not blown away. It cuts fine but i thought the AUS10 would hold an edge better, it needs a strop after a couple of heavy preps. The handle also feels a bit cheap for the price point. Its decent enough but i probably wouldnt buy it again, would save up for something better.
Good purchase. Slices wonderfully and the finish gets compliments whenever anyone sees it. I find the handle a smidge slick when my hands are wet but if i hold it with a cloth it's perfect. Not a dealbreaker.
Banging knife for the money. Works a treat on veg and boneless meat. The only thing stopping it being a 5 is that the spine could do with a chamfer, its a bit sharp on my index finger during a pinch grip. Nothing a bit of sandpaper wont fix.
Superb value. It arrived well packaged and scary sharp. The only reason not 5 stars is that the hammered pattern is a bit inconsistent near the heel but it doesnt affect performance at all.
Lovely knife. The weight distribution is ace, just rests nicely in the hand. I do a lot of batch cooking and this has made chopping 5kg of onions bearable. Stays sharp ages.
Really rate this knife. The AUS10 is great, i can go weeks without sharpening. My only nitpick is the weight distribution is slightly blade heavy for my taste but its a personal thing. Still use it loads.
Was a bit nervous about the size but its perfect for everything. Did a big batch of stir fry and it made quick work of all the prep. Cant fault it for 60 quid.
Superb knife. Ive been cooking for 30 years and this is one of the best ive used. The AUS10 steel takes a wicked edge. My whetstones love it too, very easy to sharpen.
Bought this for my dad for fathers day and hes over the moon. He keeps sending me pictures of vegetables hes sliced wafer thin. The handle is comfy and the packaging was really nice, felt like a proper gift.
