Warm water and mild soap after each use. Never put your knife in the dishwasher — the harsh detergents and jostling will damage the edge and handle.

Towel dry immediately. Don't leave it wet or in the sink — even stainless steel can develop spots if left damp.

Use a knife block, magnetic strip, or blade guard. Never toss it loose in a drawer — it dulls the edge and is a safety hazard.

These Suma steak knives are brilliant — I use them for everything now, not just steak. The 5 inch blade is perfect for slicing tomatoes or peeling apples, and the resin and wood handle fits my hand nicely. I had a cheap set before that went blunt quick, but these hold an edge really well after a few months. Would defo recommend to anyone who cooks a lot.
Bought the 2 piece option as a little treat for myself, and theyre spot on for steaks and general kitchen work. The razor sharpness is no joke — sliced my finger the first day being careless lol. The handle is comfy but I do wish it was a bit more rounded at the back. Otherwise, solid knives for the money. The presentation box is nice too.
Got these as a gift for my dads birthday and he was chuffed to bits. Says theyre the sharpest knives hes ever owned. The set looks really smart in the box too, not some cheap plastic thing. He's already used them to cut a roast chicken and said the edge just glides. Cant believe theyre only a hundred quid for four.
Really happy with the set overall, they look lovely and cut beautifully. Only thing is theyre a tad heavier than I expected — not bad, just took a day or two to get used to. The damascus pattern is stunning though and theyve not needed sharpening yet after a month of use. Wish they came in a wooden block for storage but the box is fine.
Ive been using these for about 3 weeks and theyre a massive upgrade from my old Sabatier set. The blades stay sharp and the handles dont slip when wet which is good. One thing though — the blade angle is very acute so you need to be careful with them, especially if youve got kids around. Wouldve liked a guard or sheath included. But overall, happy.
Bought the 4 piece set for me and the wife, and honestly, these are gorgeous. The damascus pattern is even better in real life than the pictures. Used the smaller one for trimming a joint of beef and the larger ones for carving at the table — they slice through meat like its nothing. Handle feels solid, nice weight. Proper upgrade from the old set we had.
Got the 4 piece set for a dinner party and they were a hit — everyone commented on how sharp they were. They carve roasts like a dream and the smaller ones are great for cheese and stuff. My only gripe is that theres a bit of a wobble in the handle on one knife, but its not affecting performance. Maybe just mine. Still would recommend.
Ok so these are really good knives, but I have small hands and the handle feels a bit bulky for me. My partner loves them though, says theyre the best steak knives hes used. The edge is incredible out of the box and the damascus pattern is proper pretty. I just wish there was a slightly slimmer handle option, but thats probably just me.
Really nice set of knives, very sharp and the pattern is lovely. My only minor thing is the handles are a bit chunkier than I'm used to, took a day or two to get comfortable with the grip. But once you do, they're great. The weight is good, feels sturdy. Would recommend.
Bought these as a gift and they went down a treat. They're really sharp and well made. I'm knocking one star off because the presentation box, while nice, felt a bit flimsy. The knives themselves are spot on.
